Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and
results-oriented Business Development Manager with 5-6 years of experience in
the legal industry in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a pivotal
role in representing the Law firm and driving our business development initiatives
to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective
business development strategies to enhance the firm's client base and revenue.
- Identify and target potential
clients, both locally and internationally.
- Maintain strong relationships
with existing clients and explore opportunities for cross-selling services.
- Collaborate with lawyers and
partners to identify new business opportunities and prepare compelling
proposals.
- Monitor industry trends and
competitor activities to stay ahead in the legal market.
- Manage and evaluate the firm's
CRM system to track client interactions and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging
presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Participate in networking events
and conferences to expand the firm's presence in the legal community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business,
Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years or more proven
experience in Business Development within law firms in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the UAE
legal landscape.
- Excellent communication,
negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of successfully
closing deals and expanding client portfolios.
- Proficiency in using CRM
software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently
and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic thinker with a
results-driven mindset.
