**Position Overview:**

As a Paralegal specializing in Employment Law, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team. Leveraging your 2-3 years of experience, preferably within the same area and law firm, you will assist in various legal tasks related to employment matters.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough legal research on employment law matters, including regulations, case law, and industry trends.

- Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including employment contracts, policies, and agreements.

- Collaborate closely with clients and legal team members to gather necessary information and documentation for cases.

- Prepare and organize legal documents, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

- Participate in client meetings and communicate effectively to address inquiries and provide updates.

- Support attorneys in the preparation of court filings, pleadings, and correspondence related to employment law cases.

- Assist in the management of client communication, ensuring timely responses and accurate information dissemination.

- Collaborate with colleagues to stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations that could impact clients.

- Help coordinate administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging client meetings.

- Perform various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Employment Law section, such as document management, data entry, and recordkeeping.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant paralegal experience in Employment Law, preferably within a reputable law firm.

- Strong understanding of UAE employment laws, regulations, and legal procedures.

- Proficient in legal research, document drafting, and case analysis.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

- Proficiency in legal software and research tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is preferred.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
